Please note that there are no refunds for incorrect purchases

Refund Policy:

  • We do not offer refunds on digital products or license keys unless the key is proven to be defective or unusable.
  • If you encounter any issues with your purchased key, such as it being invalid or not working, you may contact our support team within seven days of purchase for assistance.
  • Our support team will investigate the issue and provide a replacement key if deemed necessary.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once an order for a digital product or license key has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.
  • We aim to deliver all orders promptly, usually within 4 working hours of purchase. Therefore, cancellation requests after processing may not be accommodated.

No Refund/Cancellation:

  • We do not entertain refund or cancellation requests for reasons other than the key being defective or unusable.
  • Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
