Important Purchase Guidelines:

Before purchasing, make sure to check if your PC hardware is compatible with the software. Ensure that your system meets the requirements to run that software. If you’re unsure, please contact our support team for assistance in choosing the right product.

Please note that there are no refunds for incorrect purchases

Refund Policy:

• We do not offer refunds on digital products or license keys unless the key is proven to be defective or unusable.
• If you encounter any issues with your purchased key, such as it being invalid or not working, you may contact our support team within seven days of purchase for assistance.
• Our support team will investigate the issue and provide a replacement key if deemed necessary.

Cancellation Policy:

• Once an order for a digital product or license key has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled.
• We aim to deliver all orders promptly, usually within 4 working hours of purchase. Therefore, cancellation requests after processing may not be accommodated.

No Refund/Cancellation:

• We do not entertain refund or cancellation requests for reasons other than the key being defective or unusable.
• Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
